Cities Support Programme Monitoring and Evaluation Services

The Development Bank of Southern Africa is inviting proposals from qualified professional service providers to assist in the development and operationalization of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework for the National Treasury Cities Support Programme (NT-CSP).
