By using AITenders ("the Service"), operated by Tactical Software Pty Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AITenders helps businesses find relevant South African government tender opportunities. We use AI to match tenders to your business profile and provide simple tools to browse, search, and save opportunities.

We are not an official government website. We aggregate and enhance publicly available tender information for your convenience.
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for your account and password. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Completing your profile helps us find better matches. You confirm the information you provide is accurate and lawful to use.
Premium features are available by subscription (billed in ZAR). Pricing may change; any changes will apply to future billing cycles.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
From time to time we may offer a free trial. If offered, you can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not provide pro‑rated refunds for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled case‑by‑case in line with applicable law.
If a payment fails, we may pause premium features until the payment method is updated.

We may apply reasonable rate limits and anti‑abuse measures to keep the Service reliable for everyone.
The Service, including our branding, UI, enhancements, summaries, and AI‑generated text, is owned by Tactical Software Pty Ltd and protected by law.
You own the content you upload. You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
Tender information is sourced from public suppliers and platforms. Availability and accuracy may vary and can change without notice.
We use AI services to generate embeddings and recommendations. AI outputs are generated best‑effort and may contain errors.
To provide the Service we use trusted third‑party providers for functions such as payment processing, email delivery, analytics, content/embedding generation, and data storage. AI functionality is provided via Anthropic and OpenAI APIs. Use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service. We share only what’s needed to deliver the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tenders or AI outputs. Always verify details with the original source.
Certain features of AITenders are powered by Claude, an AI assistant developed by Anthropic. Your use of any functionality that involves Claude AI is entirely at your own risk. Tactical Software Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any output generated through the Claude integration. Tactical Software Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or harm — direct or indirect — arising from your reliance on Claude-generated content, recommendations, or responses. Anthropic's own terms of service and usage policies apply to the underlying model. You are solely responsible for verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.
AI recommendations are suggestions only. They do not guarantee eligibility, compliance, or award of any tender. This includes outputs generated via the Claude AI integration. See clause 7.5. You are responsible for reviewing tender requirements and making your own decisions.
We aim for high uptime but may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements. The Service may be unavailable from time to time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tactical Software Pty Ltd from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these Terms or are misusing the Service. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service. If changes are material, we’ll notify you via email or in‑app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
