CapeNature is inviting proposals from qualified service providers to deliver Managed Wide Area Network (WAN) and Internet Services for a duration of three years, with the possibility of extension for an additional two years. The primary objective of this tender is to establish a robust and reliable network infrastructure that supports CapeNature's operational needs and enhances communication across various sites. The selected provider will be responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the WAN, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

The scope of work includes the provision of internet connectivity, network monitoring, maintenance services, and technical support. The service provider must demonstrate experience in managing similar projects, possess the necessary certifications, and comply with industry standards. Additionally, the proposal should outline strategies for scalability, as future growth may necessitate expanded services.
