Precinct Planning Services

The Department of Agriculture, Land Reform & Rural Development is inviting proposals for the development of a precinct plan for the town of Villiers, located within the Mafube Local Municipality in the Fezile Dabi District of the Free State Province. This project aims to create a strategic framework that will guide the sustainable development and revitalization of the town over the next 8 months.
