SERVICE OF HVAC SYSTEM Current HVAC system is 400V powered from a mini substation via a generator, which automatically takes over when electricity main supply is cut off. The system consists of Four handling units, which operates two at the time while the other two are on standby. Each unit is operated by the actuator valve that ensures the temperature is kept between 190C and 240C. Like any other HVAC system, there are embedded systems such as chiller, steam, piping, dampers, and insulation that provide optimum operation of the overall HVAC system. Overhaul service of the system is required.
