Employee Background Check Services

The MICT SETA is inviting proposals from qualified service providers for the provision of thorough employee background checks, which will include psychometric assessments and other relevant evaluations. This initiative is designed to ensure that all potential employees meet the necessary qualifications and fit the organizational culture, thereby enhancing the integrity of the recruitment process. The contract will span a period of thirty-six (36) months, during which the selected provider will be responsible for conducting these assessments in a timely and efficient manner.

Key requirements include the ability to perform comprehensive background checks that encompass criminal record checks, employment history verification, educational qualifications, and psychometric evaluations. The service provider must demonstrate expertise in the field and adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards. By implementing these assessments, the MICT SETA aims to mitigate risks associated with hiring and to foster a more competent and reliable workforce, ultimately contributing to the organization's mission of enhancing skills development within the media, information, and communication technologies sector.
