Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) is inviting qualified service providers to submit quotations for the repair and upgrade of the uHwebo Microsoft Teams Room system. The current system has shown instability due to aging hardware, necessitating a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, repairs, and the replacement of critical components with the latest Microsoft Teams Room-certified equipment. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying new hardware, including the Yealink MCoreKit-C5U, MTouch Plus touch panel, and WPP30 wireless presentation pod, along with all necessary accessories and installation services.
The scope of work includes conducting a full diagnostic assessment, repairing or replacing damaged components, upgrading system firmware, and ensuring seamless integration with existing AV hardware.
