The Food & Beverages Manufacturing Sector Education and Training Authority (FoodBev SETA) is inviting proposals from experienced service providers to recruit markers for the marking of External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) scripts. This project is critical for ensuring the quality and integrity of assessments for various occupational certificates in the food and beverage sector. Marking will occur from March 31 to April 2, 2026, and the successful service provider will be responsible for sourcing and appointing two qualified markers for a duration of 12 months.
Candidates must possess qualifications in Food Science, Dairy Science, or Food Technology, with at least a diploma (NQF 6) or bachelor’s degree (NQF 7). The service provider will handle the entire recruitment process, including advertising, managing applications, conducting interviews, and verifying qualifications and backgrounds. The successful recruitment will ensure that the marking process aligns with FoodBev SETA and QCTO policies, ultimately contributing to the effective assessment of candidates in the food and beverage industry.
This tender is suitable for recruitment agencies and service providers with expertise in sourcing qualified professionals in the food and beverage sector, particularly those with experience in academic assessments and knowledge of QCTO standards.
