Subject Matter Experts and Qualifications Development Facilitators

The Safety and Security Sector Education and Training Authority (Sasseta) is inviting proposals for the procurement of a panel of ten Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Qualifications Development Facilitators (QDFs). These experts will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of qualifications within the safety and security sector, ensuring that training programs meet industry standards and effectively address the needs of the workforce.

The selected SMEs and QDFs will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to design, evaluate, and implement qualifications that align with national policies and industry requirements. This engagement is expected to last from the date of appointment until 31 March 2030, providing a long-term opportunity for professionals in the field. Interested parties should possess relevant qualifications and experience in the safety and security sector, along with a proven track record in qualifications development and facilitation.
