Corporate Comprehensive Health Assessments

The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) is inviting proposals for the provision of Corporate Comprehensive Health Assessments aimed at enhancing the health and wellness of its employees. This tender encompasses a range of services, including pre-assessment scheduling, physical examinations, standard pathology tests, and detailed reporting. Eligible employees include all IDC Executives, Senior Management, and employees aged 40 and above, with an estimated 652 individuals entitled to the assessment annually.

The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting thorough health assessments that include biometric screenings, vision and audiology tests, and optional HIV testing. Additionally, the bidder will provide individual health reports and monthly group reports that highlight wellness trends and recommendations. The contract duration is set for three years, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance with health regulations. This initiative aims to promote a healthier workforce, reduce health risks, and ultimately enhance productivity within the organization.
