Acquisition of Land for Eskom Customer Network Centre

Eskom Distribution Division is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the acquisition of a minimum of 10,000 square meters of vacant land within the Moretele and Madibeng regions of Northwest Province. This land will be utilized for the establishment of an Eskom Customer Network Centre (CNC), which is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery in the region. The ideal property should offer a combination of office space, secure yard area, vehicle parking, and necessary infrastructure to support Eskom's operational needs.

Respondents are required to provide comprehensive details regarding the property, including its location, zoning status, utility capacities (electricity, water, sanitation), and any necessary land-use approvals. Properties larger than 10,000m² may also be considered if they present strategic advantages. The submission process will involve a thorough evaluation, including site inspections and due diligence assessments, to ensure the selected property meets Eskom's operational and logistical requirements. This initiative aims to strengthen Eskom’s infrastructure and improve service delivery to the communities within these areas.
