The Water Research Commission (WRC) invites qualified service providers to submit information regarding a 360-degree employee assessment solution. This initiative aims to gather comprehensive feedback from various sources, including line managers, peers, and direct reports, to enhance employee performance and foster personal growth. The selected service provider will be responsible for the design, customization, administration, analysis, and reporting of the assessment process.
The scope of work includes project initiation and planning, tool design, administration of the assessment, data collection and analysis, and reporting of findings. The service provider will need to ensure confidentiality, data protection, and ethical standards throughout the process. Key deliverables include individual confidential reports for employees, an aggregated organizational report highlighting trends and competency gaps, and presentations of findings to management.
