Ablution and Kitchen Refurbishment Services

The Msunduzi Municipality is seeking qualified contractors to undertake refurbishment works for the ablution and kitchen areas located on the 3rd floor. The scope of work includes the repair, replacement, and refurbishment of existing facilities, which encompasses carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and metalwork. Contractors must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) at a minimum grading of 1GB and must provide evidence of at least three completed office building repairs and maintenance projects.

The project is expected to be completed within a four-week period following the issuance of a purchase order. All materials used must comply with the South African National Standards (SANS) and the National Building Regulations. This refurbishment aims to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the facilities, ensuring they meet modern standards and provide a comfortable environment for users. Interested bidders should prepare a detailed implementation plan and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted by the closing date.
