Pricing for bid teams and tender offices

We quote per bid team — not per seat.

There's no price list, because a four-person bid office and a forty-person one need different things from us. Tell us how you bid and we'll come back with a number — usually the same day, always before you've spent anything.

What your quote depends on

  • How many people need access
  • Whether you want API access
  • How much support you want

What "extracted" actually means

A live tender, read by us. Buried on page 60-something of the pack is an 80% functionality threshold and a bid bond due at submission — the sort of thing a team discovers late, after it has already spent a week on the response.

We do this for every tender with readable documents, including scanned ones. 728 government buyers tracked.

Live tender closes 23 Nov 2026

Your own AI, pointed at the real documents

We don't write your bid for you. We give your tools everything they need to help you write it — a REST API and a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude or your own agents work against the actual tender text rather than somebody's summary of it.

That's the difference between an AI that can draft a response and one that can only paraphrase a listing.

How it starts

No trial to forget about and no demo of features you did not ask for. We do the first piece of work before you commit to anything.

Start with step one →
  1. 1

You tell us what you bid on

The categories, the buyers, the provinces. Two minutes on the form below.

  2. 2

We send back your own numbers

What your company has been awarded on record, which competitors won the work you went for, and which buyers keep appearing in your space. Yours to keep either way.

  3. 3

    We scope a paid pilot

Six weeks, one division, success criteria agreed up front in your language — bids identified, hours saved, requirements caught before submission.

Tell us where you bid and we will come back with what we can see about your award history and the competitors winning in your categories.
