The Development Bank of Southern Africa is inviting proposals for transaction advisory services to support the Richards Bay Dry Bulk Terminal project. The selected advisor will conduct a comprehensive legal and regulatory feasibility study, review and update existing feasibility studies, and prepare procurement documents for engaging a private sector partner.
