Mentorship Services for Young Engineering Graduates

The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) is inviting tenders for the appointment of a professional service provider to offer mentorship services to approximately 100 young graduates specializing in Civil and Electrical Engineering. This initiative is designed to facilitate the professional development of these graduates, guiding them through the necessary steps towards achieving registration with relevant professional bodies such as the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). The mentorship program will span 24 months and is expected to include a structured approach to skill transfer, regular progress assessments, and the development of a comprehensive skills transfer strategy.
