This tender seeks a service provider to facilitate the migration of data and services from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. Key requirements include data migration, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
The National Research Foundation (NRF) is inviting proposals for the migration of its current Google Workspace environment to Microsoft 365 E3. The project encompasses a comprehensive data migration for 180 user mailboxes (approximately 4 TB of data) and 180 Google Drive accounts (approximately 7 TB of data), including emails, contacts, calendars, and shared drives. The successful bidder will be responsible for conducting a pre-migration assessment, executing the migration process, and providing a mandatory 60-day post-migration support period to resolve any issues that may arise.
The scope of work includes four phases: pre-migration assessment and planning, tenant-to-tenant data migration, Google Vault migration, and support and handover. Bidders must demonstrate their capability through a detailed project methodology and proof of Microsoft Partner certification. This migration is crucial for ensuring a secure and efficient transition to the Microsoft ecosystem, which will enhance the NRF's operational capabilities and data management.
This tender is suitable for IT service providers with expertise in cloud migration, particularly those certified as Microsoft Partners. Companies that specialize in data management, migration tools, and post-implementation support are encouraged to apply.
