The Moses Kotane Research Institute seeks a qualified service provider to deliver an accredited online Train-the-Trainer programme for 20 participants. The programme aims to enhance facilitation skills and ensure comprehensive learner support.
The Moses Kotane Research Institute (MKRI) invites experienced and accredited training providers to submit quotations for the delivery of an accredited Train-the-Trainer online programme, aligned with SAQA Unit Standard 117871. This initiative is designed for 20 internal participants and aims to build high-quality facilitation capacity within the MKRI. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, providing ongoing learner support, and ensuring the completion of required assessments and Portfolios of Evidence (POE).
The scope of work includes online training delivery, active mentoring, and tracking participant progress throughout the programme. Providers must ensure that all certifications are issued within one month of training completion and Statements of Results within three months of POE submission. The evaluation criteria will assess administrative compliance, company experience, and delivery methodology, with a focus on achieving a 100% learner completion rate. This programme not only enhances the skills of participants but also contributes to the overall capacity building within the institution, ensuring that MKRI can effectively meet its educational and developmental goals.
