Breakfast must include a sandwich platter, croissants, scones or muffins, tea, coffee, and bottled water, all to be ready by 8:30 AM. Lunch will consist of a starch, two meat options (chicken, red meat, or fish), two vegetable dishes, two salads, and beverages, to be served by 2:00 PM. The total budget for this service is capped at R2000.00, and quotations exceeding this amount will be evaluated based on an 80/20 preference points system, emphasizing both price and specific goals related to B-BBEE compliance.
