Eskom Distribution Division is inviting expressions of interest for the leasing, lease-to-own, or outright acquisition of a warehouse facility to establish a Regional Distribution Centre in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal. The required facility should provide between 8,000 m² to 12,000 m² of covered warehouse space, with a minimum internal height of 13 meters and a robust floor load-bearing capacity suitable for heavy racking systems. The design must include a fully paved yard for truck maneuvering, adequate office space, and amenities for staff, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
This initiative aims to enhance Eskom's logistics efficiency and service delivery across the region.
