The Land Bank of South Africa is inviting proposals from experienced service providers to conduct a comprehensive Ethics Risk and Opportunity Assessment across the organization. This assessment aims to identify key ethical risks and opportunities, enhancing the capacity of Board and Executive Committee (EXCO) members to provide ethical leadership and oversight. The selected provider will also facilitate tailored ethics training sessions, covering essential topics such as ethical leadership, governance responsibilities, conflict of interest management, and fraud prevention.
The scope of work includes conducting an ethics culture maturity assessment, identifying and analyzing ethical risks across all departments, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement. The training will be designed for eight EXCO members and twelve Board members, with options for both in-person and virtual delivery. The project must be completed within three months from the appointment date, ensuring that the Land Bank's commitment to ethical governance is upheld and strengthened.
