Integrated Online SHE Legal Register

Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) is inviting proposals for the provision of an integrated online Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) legal register to enhance compliance with local and national SHE legislation. This project aims to develop a centralized application that will manage legislative obligations, associated permits, compliance assessments, and legal updates. The selected service provider will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the system, ensuring it meets the operational needs of TNPA across its eight ports and two business units.

The scope includes functionalities such as full-text search capabilities, role-based access control, and automated notifications for permit expirations. Additionally, the service provider will conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support throughout the contract period. This initiative is crucial for TNPA to streamline its SHE compliance processes, reduce risks, and enhance operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to a safer and more environmentally responsible working environment.
