Sasria SOC Limited invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the implementation and ongoing support of an enterprise-grade Network Detection and Response (NDR) solution. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive solution that ensures continuous monitoring and visibility across Sasria's network, cloud, identity, and hybrid environments. The NDR solution must be capable of detecting, investigating, and responding to cyber threats, thereby enhancing Sasria's cybersecurity posture and safeguarding stakeholder interests.

The scope of work includes the implementation of the NDR solution, which should feature advanced capabilities such as behavioral analytics, real-time threat detection, and automated incident response workflows. Additionally, the solution must integrate seamlessly with existing security tools, including Microsoft Sentinel and other operational platforms. The successful bidder will also provide training and knowledge transfer to Sasria personnel, ensuring they can effectively manage and maintain the system. Compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other relevant regulations is essential, as is the ability to deliver the solution in a secure, scalable, and resilient manner.
