Leadership Alignment Workshop Facilitation

The South African Maritime Safety Authority (SAMSA) invites bids for the facilitation of a Leadership Alignment Workshop scheduled for July 20-22, 2026, in Durban. This workshop will gather approximately 44 participants, including Executive Committee members and Senior Managers, to address operational challenges and enhance teamwork within the organization. The selected facilitator will be responsible for designing and executing a high-impact workshop that promotes collaborative problem-solving and establishes a unified leadership front.

The scope of work includes a three-phase approach: pre-workshop diagnostics and design, facilitation of the workshop, and post-workshop reporting. The facilitator will conduct preliminary consultations to tailor the workshop content, lead interactive sessions that encourage open dialogue, and develop a Leadership Charter and Action Plan. Additionally, the facilitator will provide a comprehensive report detailing the workshop outcomes and recommendations for sustaining leadership cohesion.
