Audiovisual and Lighting Upgrade Services

Mintek is inviting qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the upgrade of its auditorium's audiovisual (AV) and lighting systems. The project aims to enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the auditorium, which is used for professional conferences and various in-house events. The successful bidder will be responsible for the complete turnkey solution, including the supply, installation, configuration, and testing of all AV and lighting systems. Key components include professional LED stage lights, a digital mixing console, high-quality audio systems, and advanced video display systems.

Additionally, the scope of work encompasses all necessary mounting hardware, rigging, cabling, and connectors, as well as training for designated staff on the new systems. Post-installation support and biannual maintenance for a period of three years are also required to ensure optimal performance. This project not only aims to improve the technical capabilities of the auditorium but also to create a more engaging and immersive experience for attendees.
