The South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) is inviting tenders for the provision of professional labour and industrial relations consulting services on a retainer basis for a duration of 12 months. The selected consultant will be responsible for offering expert advice and support in various labour relations matters, including representation at the CCMA, disciplinary hearings, and collective bargaining processes. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with labour legislation and fostering sound employee relations within the organization.

The scope of work includes providing guidance on workplace rules, managing labour disputes, and assisting with documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Additionally, the consultant will engage in training and capacity building for management and employees, enhancing their understanding of labour legislation and best practices.
