Bidders must demonstrate experience in providing cloud services, including at least five years in the industry and three contactable references. The solution should support at least ten virtual servers, with a minimum of 40 vCPUs and 64 GB of RAM, along with robust security measures, monitoring, and compliance reporting. The successful bidder will also be required to provide training and skills transfer to designated ICT personnel to ensure effective management of the cloud environment.
