The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive managed Security Operations Center (SOC)-as-a-Service solution. This includes the implementation of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) capabilities to enhance DTPC's cybersecurity posture through real-time monitoring, advanced analytics, automation, and integration of threat intelligence.
The project aims to assist DTPC in effectively managing risks and deploying cybersecurity controls. Service providers must hold ISO certifications, specifically ISO/IEC 27001 for Information Security and ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems. Proposals will be evaluated based on compliance, functionality, and the 80/20 preference points system, with specific goals for enterprises owned by black individuals. A compulsory virtual briefing session will be held for interested bidders, and proposals must be submitted by the specified closing date.
This tender is suitable for established ICT service providers with expertise in cybersecurity, particularly those capable of delivering managed SOC services and holding relevant ISO certifications. Businesses that prioritize risk management and have experience in advanced security analytics are encouraged to apply.
