Provision of Security Services

This tender invites qualified security service providers to submit proposals for the provision of security services to the Sarah Baartman District Municipality for a duration of three years. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of municipal buildings, assets, and personnel through access control, emergency response, and regular patrols. Bidders must demonstrate their experience in the security sector, provide proof of registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA), and submit a range of mandatory documents including company registration and municipal account statements.

The scope of work includes 24/7 guarding services, emergency response, and the provision of additional guards for special events. The evaluation will be based on functionality, price, locality, and B-BBEE status, with a two-stage assessment process.
