Rehabilitation of Internal Roads and Stormwater

The project entails the comprehensive rehabilitation of internal roads and stormwater management systems within Ward 3, Phase 5. The scope includes site establishment, excavation, construction of roadbed and subbase layers, installation of interlocking paving blocks, and the construction of drainage systems such as V-drains and kerbing. The contractor is expected to utilize local labor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as per the Occupational Health and Safety Act. The project duration is set for four months, with an emphasis on sustainable practices and community engagement throughout the construction process.

Contractors must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) at a grading designation of 5CE or higher.
