High-Level Network and Server Support Services

This tender invites reputable service providers to submit proposals for high-level network and server support services for Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) over a 24-month period. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and resilience of TIKZN's ICT infrastructure, which is crucial for supporting critical services and operations. Key deliverables include network management, firewall management, server support, cybersecurity assessments, and desktop support, with an emphasis on proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

The appointed service provider will play a vital role in managing both physical and cloud-based infrastructures, assisting with upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery preparedness. The scope of work includes managing routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points, as well as providing support for Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and virtual machine optimization. This engagement will enhance system reliability, improve performance, and strengthen security controls, ultimately safeguarding TIKZN's ICT investments and ensuring efficient service delivery to stakeholders.
