Local Area Network Infrastructure Supply and Support

The Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) seeks qualified bidders to provide comprehensive Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure solutions, including the supply, configuration, installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of ARUBA switches and Wi-Fi access points. This project, designated as Phase 2, will span three years and is aimed at enhancing the connectivity and operational efficiency of the DWS Head Office in Pretoria.

Bidders must ensure compliance with administrative pre-qualification requirements, including registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submission of bid responses through the designated ERP system. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering a robust LAN infrastructure that meets the specifications outlined in the bid documents. This includes providing original documentation, completing the pricing schedule accurately, and ensuring all submissions are made electronically by the closing date of 5 October 2026. Participation in a non-compulsory virtual briefing session will provide additional insights into the project requirements and expectations.
