The Takeover Regulation Panel seeks expressions of interest from qualified external technical experts to join Supply Chain Management Bid Evaluation Committees. Experts will provide specialized knowledge for bid evaluations over a three-year term.
The Takeover Regulation Panel is inviting suitably qualified individuals to submit expressions of interest for inclusion in a database of external technical experts. These experts will assist in the evaluation of bids within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) framework, specifically serving on Bid Evaluation Committees (BEC) as needed. The purpose of this initiative is to ensure that bids are evaluated with the highest level of technical expertise, particularly in areas requiring specialized knowledge such as legal compliance, finance, and information technology.
The selected experts will be expected to participate actively in BEC meetings, provide technical input in drafting specifications, evaluate the functionality and compliance of bids, and compile evaluation reports. They must adhere to all SCM regulations and ethical standards, ensuring a transparent and accountable evaluation process. This appointment will be for a term of three years, although inclusion in the database does not guarantee work allocation. Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications, a minimum of five years of experience in technical evaluation or procurement processes, and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
This tender is suitable for consulting firms, independent contractors, and professionals with expertise in supply chain management, legal compliance, finance, and technical evaluations who are looking to contribute to government procurement processes.
