IFRS Technical Accounting Services

This tender invites qualified firms to provide specialist IFRS technical accounting advisory services to the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). The successful bidder will assist in assessing, determining, and documenting the appropriate accounting treatment for complex revenue classifications under IFRS 15 and IAS 20, as well as providing a comprehensive review of the FY2025/26 Annual Financial Statements. Bidders must demonstrate a strong track record in IFRS advisory services, particularly in public sector engagements, and provide evidence of relevant experience with AGSA-audited entities.
