The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) is inviting proposals from experienced service providers to facilitate a comprehensive fraud risk assessment aimed at identifying and mitigating fraud risks within its operations. The successful bidder will develop a project plan, conduct workshops with key stakeholders, and prepare a detailed Fraud Risk Assessment Report. Additionally, the service provider will review and enhance existing fraud risk management documentation, including the Fraud and Corruption Prevention Plan and Whistleblowing Policy, to ensure alignment with legislative requirements.
Furthermore, the scope includes developing and delivering an online fraud awareness training program for approximately 150 TIA employees, structured to support Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This training will equip staff with the knowledge and skills to recognize and prevent fraud, thereby strengthening TIA's governance and risk management practices. The project aims to bolster TIA's commitment to transparency and accountability while fostering a culture of integrity within the organization.
