On-Line Partial Discharge Monitoring System

The Airports Company of South Africa (ACSA) is inviting tenders for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a permanent on-line Partial Discharge Monitoring System specifically designed for 11kV electrical equipment at O.R. Tambo International Airport. This system is crucial for monitoring the condition of electrical infrastructure, including switchgears, transformers, and cables, to detect potential insulation failures early. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring the system covers the entire cable length, provides real-time data access, and includes training and aftersales support for ACSA personnel.

The scope of work includes the installation of a system capable of monitoring various electrical components, providing alerts for abnormal conditions, and integrating with existing IT and SCADA systems. The system must also support a minimum of 24 sensors and feature advanced capabilities such as AI-driven analytics and remote data access.
