The selected agent will be responsible for sourcing a minimum of 1,500 square meters of office space and temporary housing for staff, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and public procurement regulations. Key tasks include property search, assessment, lease negotiations, and delivering detailed reports on market conditions and property evaluations.

The estate agent must demonstrate a strong understanding of the Limpopo commercial property market and possess at least five years of experience in commercial property leasing. The project aims to secure value-for-money accommodation that meets the operational needs of MMSEZ, which is pivotal in promoting industrial development in the region. The successful bidder will play a crucial role in supporting MMSEZ's mission to enhance economic growth and job creation in Limpopo Province.
