The facility must be located within a 50 km radius of OR Tambo International Airport and be equipped with modern amenities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
In addition to leasing, the service provider will be responsible for comprehensive space planning, interior design, architectural and engineering services, retrofitting, and obtaining municipal approvals. The project will also require effective project management to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
