Gert Sibande TVET College is seeking qualified service providers for the deployment, installation, and maintenance of a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) system over a period of 60 months. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring the system is fully operational, providing ongoing support and maintenance, and addressing any technical issues that arise during the contract period. This initiative is part of the college's commitment to improving its telecommunications infrastructure to facilitate better communication and operational efficiency.
Interested bidders must attend a non-compulsory information session scheduled for August 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM via MS Teams. The tender documents are available electronically for a non-refundable fee of R1150.00 (VAT included) and can be downloaded from the PURCO SA website. Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the requirements outlined in the tender documents, as submissions must adhere strictly to the guidelines provided. The evaluation will follow an 80/20 preference point system, emphasizing both price and specific goals related to Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE).
