Ambulance Services for Outreach Event

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is inviting proposals from qualified service providers to supply ambulance services for an outreach event scheduled on September 19, 2026, at Thembalethu High School in George. The selected provider will be required to deploy one fully equipped ambulance and two paramedics registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) to ensure the safety and medical support of attendees throughout the event. The operational hours for the ambulance service will be from 08:00 to 16:00.

Service providers must submit valid proof of HPCSA registration for the paramedics, as well as an operating license from the Provincial Department of Health. The RAF emphasizes the importance of timely submission of quotations and adherence to all specified requirements to ensure a fair evaluation process.
