Legal Advisory Services Panel

Agrément South Africa is inviting proposals from qualified legal practitioners to form a panel that will provide legal advice and assistance on an as-and-when-required basis over a three-year period. The scope of services includes litigation in High and Magistrates Courts, employment law-related litigation, and advisory services in areas such as Administrative Law, Competition Law, Company Law, Contract and Commercial Law, Forensic Investigations, and Environmental Law. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years post-admission experience and submit relevant documentation to confirm their qualifications and expertise.

The appointed panel will be engaged on a rotational basis, ensuring that the most suitable legal expert is assigned based on the specific requirements of each case.
