The Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority (TCTA) is inviting bids for the provision of an Anti-Fraud and Ethics Toll-Free Hotline service. This service aims to create a secure and accessible platform for stakeholders to report fraud, corruption, and ethical violations anonymously. The hotline will operate 24/7, ensuring that all calls are managed by trained operators who will document reports and assign unique reference numbers for tracking purposes. The service provider will also be responsible for providing promotional materials, conducting quarterly training sessions on fraud risk management, and compiling informative newsletters to raise awareness among TCTA employees and stakeholders.

The scope of work includes developing a case management system that complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA) and the Protected Disclosures Act (PDA). The hotline must support multiple communication channels, including telephone, SMS, email, and online reporting, in all 11 official South African languages. Additionally, the service provider must demonstrate prior experience in managing anti-fraud hotlines in either the public or private sector, ensuring that they can deliver a professional and effective service that meets TCTA's standards.
