The Water Research Commission (WRC) is inviting proposals from qualified service providers for the supply and installation of a comprehensive Public Address (PA) system at their new offices. This project entails conducting a site survey and needs assessment, followed by the design and implementation of a PA system that meets specified functional and technical requirements. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, including paging consoles, amplifiers, IP speakers, and cabling, ensuring compliance with industry standards and health regulations.
In addition to installation, the service provider will integrate the PA system with existing ICT infrastructure and conduct thorough testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance. Training for end-users and technical staff will also be provided, along with ongoing maintenance support.
