The Limpopo Department of Social Development is inviting bids for the appointment of a service provider to deliver a comprehensive training course in Nail Therapist and Make-Up Consultant skills. This initiative aims to empower 120 youth aged 18-35 from vulnerable backgrounds, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities. Training will be conducted across five districts in Limpopo, with a focus on practical application and real-world skills.
