Health and Safety Training in Forestry Environment

Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife is inviting bids for the provision of Level 01 Health and Safety training specifically tailored for the forestry environment. The selected service provider will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training that covers essential topics such as safe working practices, hazard recognition, workplace inspections, and occupational health and safety committee functions. The training must incorporate a blend of classroom instruction and practical exercises, ensuring that participants gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience.

The service provider must be accredited and have qualified trainers who can effectively engage participants and assess their competencies through pre- and post-training evaluations. Successful candidates will receive certificates of competence, and the training will be structured to include a minimum of 70% practical application. Additionally, the provider must ensure that all training materials and methodologies align with the relevant regulatory standards and best practices in occupational health and safety.
