Snake Awareness Training Services

Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife is inviting proposals from accredited training institutions to provide snake awareness training as part of their Integrated Animal Safety Program (IASP). This training aims to equip staff with essential knowledge and skills to safely interact with snakes in their natural habitats, thereby enhancing safety protocols and reducing incidents. The course should cover topics such as snake identification, handling techniques, and emergency response procedures.

The selected service provider will be responsible for developing a training curriculum that meets the mandatory requirements set forth by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. This includes providing experienced trainers, conducting assessments, and issuing certificates of competence to participants. The training should incorporate a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, ensuring that all learners are well-prepared to apply their skills in real-world scenarios.
