Live Entertainment Services for Corporate Awards

Air Traffic and Navigation Services SOC Ltd (ATNS), South Africa's state-owned air navigation service provider, is inviting quotations from qualified service providers to render professional entertainment acts for its 2026 Rewards & Recognition Awards. The request covers three line items: a futuristic LED act, a live instrumentalist (saxophonist or violinist) to perform during the welcome drinks and canapés reception, and a comedian for a 15-minute performance slot. The buyer is procuring the complete entertainment programme as a single appointment, so bidders must price all three line items. The pricing schedule must be fully completed (100%), and any incomplete schedule will render the bid non-responsive. Bids are to be quoted in Rand, exclusive of VAT, with VAT at 15% shown separately and a grand total provided. All delivery and performance-related costs must be included in the bid price for delivery at the prescribed venue.

The bid is submitted in two parcels through the e-Submission (e-Tender) system. Parcel A contains the administrative and mandatory requirements, covering Phase 1 (administrative) and Phase 2 (mandatory) evaluation. Parcel C contains the pricing schedule (SBD 3.3) and specific goals claims, for Phase 3 evaluation. Bidders must provide a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, which must remain valid for 60 days from submission, or a Central Supplier Database (CSD) number where no PIN is available. Joint ventures, consortia and sub-contracting arrangements require a separate TCS PIN or CSD number for each party. Bidders must also complete the Standard Bidding Documents, including the declaration of interest (SBD 4), the declaration of past SCM practices, the company/firm declaration, and the B-BBEE status level verification certificate or sworn affidavit where preference points are claimed. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system, with 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Persons in the service of the state, or companies with such directors, are not eligible to bid. Bids must be delivered by the closing time of 11:00 on 13 November 2026.
