The IDC seeks professional service providers for balance sheet substantiation, preventative financial controls, and business transformation advisory services. This engagement aims to enhance financial governance and operational efficiency over a three-year period.
The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) is inviting qualified professional service providers to submit proposals for comprehensive financial advisory services. The scope includes the design and implementation of a standardized, risk-based Balance Sheet Substantiation Framework, enhancement of preventative financial controls, and support for business transformation initiatives. The successful bidders will assist in strengthening financial governance, improving audit readiness, and enabling sustainable business transformation within the finance function. This will involve process optimization, automation, data integration, and capability building to enhance finance business partnering.
Bidders are expected to demonstrate their ability to deliver services across three distinct categories: 1) developing a Balance Sheet Substantiation Framework that clarifies account ownership and standardizes substantiation requirements; 2) enhancing preventative financial controls to reduce reliance on detective controls; and 3) supporting business transformation to improve efficiency and lower operating costs. The project duration is set for three years, with immediate commencement upon award. The IDC aims to partner with service providers who can deliver innovative solutions that align with its strategic goals and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
This tender is suitable for consulting firms, financial advisory services, and professional service providers with expertise in financial governance, internal controls, and business transformation initiatives.
