SASSA seeks a service provider to deliver ITIL 4 Foundation training for three officials over five days. The training aims to enhance IT service management skills aligned with business needs.
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is inviting proposals from accredited service providers for the delivery of ITIL 4 Foundation training. This training is designed for three officials and will take place over a duration of five days, focusing on the key concepts, principles, and practices of modern IT service management (ITSM) based on the ITIL 4 framework. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of the ITIL 4 service value system, enabling them to align IT services with business objectives and improve service delivery.
The training will be conducted virtually, allowing flexibility and accessibility for participants. It includes preparation for the ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam, which is essential for validating the skills acquired during the training. The selected service provider must be accredited under PeopleCert and provide all necessary training materials, including the official training manual. This initiative is part of SASSA's commitment to employee development, ensuring that officials are equipped with current knowledge and skills to meet their roles effectively.
This tender is suitable for training providers with accreditation in ITIL training, particularly those who can deliver virtual training sessions and have experience in IT service management education.
