Report and Factsheet Production Services

The Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) is inviting tenders for the production of a detailed 300-page report and six accompanying factsheets as part of the North West provincial innovation system baseline project. The selected service provider will be responsible for comprehensive editorial services, including content, language, and technical editing, as well as the design and formatting of the final documents. The project requires a high level of professionalism and accuracy, with a focus on producing visually engaging materials that effectively communicate the findings of the baseline study.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire production process, from typesetting and indexing to graphic design and printing. The service provider must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience in academic publishing and project management, along with a proven track record of producing high-quality publications. Deliverables include 30 printed copies of the monograph and digital versions of both the report and factsheets, ensuring that all materials meet specified standards for readability and presentation. This project offers an opportunity to contribute to significant research outputs that will inform policy and program development in the region.
